Use of the website

ProWire provides information about the KAI app ecosystem, professional services, and early access programmes. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to abuse forms, APIs, or infrastructure (including automated submissions or attempts to disrupt service).

Subscriptions & billing

Pro and Business plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout (monthly or annual). Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt email (Manage subscription) or by contacting jackson@prowire.io. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: New subscriptions may request a refund within 7 days of the first charge if you have not substantially used paid features. Contact us with your checkout email and we will review case-by-case.

Early access & waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. Features, pricing, and availability may change before public launch. We may contact you using the email address you provide.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, app names, and materials on this site are owned by Jackson Lwinga or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics and testimonials on the site are for marketing purposes and may be illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProWire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
